Dr. Paresh Verma is the Executive Director SE Asia and Research Director at Bioseed, which is the hybrid seed division of DCM Shriram Ltd.. Dr. Verma obtained his doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska has worked in the seed industry for over 30 years. During this period he has served on the Governing Councils/Boards of industry associations and led policy advocacy efforts. He is currently a Director of the Federation of Seed Industry of India (FSII). Prior to joining Bioseed, Dr. Verma worked for Proagro Seed Co Ltd, University of Nebraska, International Sorghum and Millet Consortium (INTSORMIL) and International Crops Research Institute for Semi Arid Tropics (ICRISAT).
