I come with a strong techno-commercial background with demonstrated experience in new product development and supply chain management across industries like food, beverage and nutraceutical ingredients.

I am passionate about intelligent innovation for sustainable production and consumption of food that leads to better health, a safer planet, and cruelty-free practices. With this mission, I forayed into entrepreneurship by co-founding Proeon in 2018. At Proeon, we are producing high-performance plant protein ingredients and are proud to say we are the winners of Economic Times Power of Ideas 2018, Innocity by SAP-CIIE, and OHSSAI Excellence & Sustainability Award.
Prior to Proeon, I have worked on M&A and open innovation during my 5-year stint with OmniActive Health Technologies, where I was also responsible for establishing and running OmniActive’s Open Innovation program. I also led an entrepreneurial initiative of setting up new B2B business for innovative functional ingredients targeted at nutrition and dietary supplements industries and successfully managed a cross-functional team across product development, supply chain, operations, commercialization and go-to-market execution. I enjoy connecting seemingly unrelated dots across sectors to create solutions that make ingredients and food products more joyful and healthy.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader, quizzer and a scale model enthusiast. I also love watching, analyzing, and discussing movies.
