Currently engaged as Independent Director, Consultant/Advisor and leadership mentor across various industrial sectors.

Tenure with Novozymes in leadership roles spanning 27 Years, led the Indian organization’s strategy:
• Achieving consistent double-digit business growth by managing and driving diverse teams;
• Developed the organization from 5 to 625 employees preparing for the future at various stages;
• Establishing shared service center as a viable and efficient off shore activity,
• Set up the R&D facility in India to support local / global innovation
• Successfully set up a Green field Production and Supply chain facility taking into consideration, the long term business opportunity in India.
Passionate about promoting biotechnology across leading bio-tech colleges and institutions in India and encourage young students to pursue higher studies.
A firm believer in the importance of Sustainable Biotech solutions as the only alternative to address climate change challenges.
