Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending any ThinkAg event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Invoicing & Hospitality Partner

Tax invoices for domestic delegate fee payments will be generated and issued by ThinkAg (IKP Centre for Advancement in Agricultural Practice) through Instamojo.

WNY Holidays Pvt. Ltd., as the designated Hospitality Partner for the ThinkAg Harvesting Tomorrow Summit 2025, will generate and issue tax invoices for international delegate fee payments via PayPal.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments made for event registration and related services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Event Modifications

ThinkAg reserves the right to modify the event agenda, speakers, format, schedule, or venue at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Media Release

By participating in the event, you grant ThinkAg permission to capture and use your image and likeness in photographs, videos, or other recordings for promotional and archival purposes across all media platforms, without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

ThinkAg will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained by participants or delegates during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

What We Collect – When you register for a ThinkAg event or use our services, we collect personal and professional information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

How We Use Your Data

Your data helps us:

  • Confirm your registration and manage your participation.
  • Send you event updates and essential logistical information.
  • Communicate about ThinkAg activities we believe are relevant to you.
  • Ensure the security and safety of all attendees at our events.

 

Data Security & Protection – We take your data security seriously. Your information is stored securely and protected using industry-standard encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

No Third-Party Marketing Use – We do not share your personal information with any third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used exclusively for ThinkAg event management and our communications with you.

Limited Data Sharing – To operate our events smoothly, we may share limited, necessary data with trusted event service providers (like payment processors or venue partners). This is only done when essential for operational purposes and always under strict confidentiality agreements.

Your Rights – You have the right to request access to, correct, or delete your personal data held by us. Please contact us at info@thinkag.co.in to exercise these rights.

Policy Updates – We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Your continued use of our services after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.

Pricing Policy

The delegate registration fees for ThinkAg Harvesting Tomorrow Summit 2025 are as follows:

  • Domestic delegate – INR 10,000 + GST + Payment gateway convenience fee
  • International delegate – USD 150 (includes delegate registration fee + GST + PayPal transaction fee + PayPal currency conversion fee)

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All registrations for the ThinkAg Harvesting Tomorrow Summit 2025 are final and non-refundable. We cannot accommodate cancellations, transfers, or exchanges once a ticket has been booked.

Shipping Policy

As this is a physical, in-person event, no physical products will be shipped to participants. All confirmations, communications, invoices and tickets will be shared digitally via email.
